When the weather presents itself as non-perspiring..
A perfect example of how even just a tiny drop of Cebu's temperature can drastically influence my daily attire. Usually when the weather presents itself as non-perspiring, I like to take advantage of that blessing and do something that I whole-heartedly miss and rarely get to do: layering, when my light jackets, sweaters, 3/4 sleeves and ankle boots come out to play. Feel my struggles?
Or maybe it's just because I have a serious case of homesickness this past and present week, I don't know.
